You will receive your order in approximately 4 - 5 weeks (our regular shipping service) after we have received your photos and payment. We also provide 3 different express services with extra charge on top of our regular shipping service. 
  - Express service (3 - 4 weeks) + $19.
  - Rush service (2 - 3 weeks) + $36.
  - Super rush service (10 - 14 days, no proofing) + $48.

We ship worldwide and all our products are shipped by Fedex, UPS or DHL. We also provide our customers with a tracking number. All items must be signed for and we can not deliver to PO Boxes.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weathers, natural disasters, or causes beyond the control of our carries. 

Because of artist interpretation, 100% likeness are not gauranteed. Photo proofing service is available.
